... Respondents PRAYER: Review Application filed under Order XLVII Rule I read with Section 114 of CPC, to review the order dated 14.03.2025 made in WP.No.7285 of 2025.

For Petitioner : Mr.Vijay Narayan Senior Counsel for Mr.Vijayan Subramanian For Respondents : Mr.A.Gopinath Government Advocate (Crl.side) COMMON ORDER W.P.No.15073 of 2025 has been filed calling for the endorsement order dated 11.04.2025 in Rc.No.E(1)81/34840/2024 passed by the second Respondent and to quash the same only to the extent that the Petitioner shall not operate any Bar and host events in the 7th floor of their hotel and banquet hall.

2. Review Application No.116 of 2025 has been filed to review the order dated 14.03.2025 made in WP.No.7285 of 2025.

3. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

4. Pending writ petition, the second respondent by an order dated 24.04.2025 had issued Public Resort License for the period from 01.01.2024 to 31.12.2025 subject to the specific condition that the petitioner should not operate any Bar and hosting events in the 7th floor of the hotel and banquet hall.

5. The learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that in the Review Application No.116 of 2025, by an order dated 15.04.2025, already this Court clarified that the petitioner was permitted to serve liquor and conduct events in the banquet hall of the premises.

6. In view of the above, it is clarified that the petitioner can operate the Bar in the entire premises of the Hotel, except the 7th floor of the Hotel premises viz., open terrace. However, the petitioner is at liberty

to apply separate license on the file of the second respondent seeking permission to run Bar in the 7th floor of the Hotel premises.

7. With the above directions, W.P.No.15073 of 2025 and Review Application (Writ).No.116 of 2025 are disposed of.
