Respondents Prayer: The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Mandamus to forbear the respondents herein their men and subordinates or any other person claiming through them from in any manner interfering with petitioner's peaceful possession and enjoyment and not to evict the petitioner from the land and residential house bearing Door No.2B in S.No.213/1, extent 7 cents in Thirumukkoodal Village and Colony, Uthiramerur Taluk, Kancheepuram District, without following the due process of law.

O R D E R

The prayer sought for in this writ petition is for a issuance of Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondents and their men from in any manner interfering with the petitioners peaceful possession and enjoyment and not to evict the petitioner from the land in Door No.2B in S.No.213/1, to an extent 7 cents in Thirumukkoodal Village and Colony, Uthiramerur Taluk, Kancheepuram District.

2.According to the petitioner, she has been residing in the above mentioned property for the past twenty years and she has been paying the house tax to the Local Panchayat regularly. It is further stated that in the same street, about five houses were constructed and they have been residing for a long number of years. While so, on 10.7.2013, the Revenue Inspector had tried to demolish the houses. Hence, the present writ petition.

3. Heard Ms.A.Sumathy, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.Ansar, Government Advocate appearing for the respondents and perused the material documents available on record.

4. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the respondents will take action against the petitioner by following the due process of law.

5. In the light of the above, this Court is of the opinion that no further adjudication is necessary in this writ petition. Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate, this writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
