Pursuant to the Sale Deed executed by the original vendor dated 24.04.2000, the petitioner made several representations starting from 15.10.2014, followed by a remainder on 01.08.2015 and a further representation on 23.09.2015. On its non consideration, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

2. Considering the above, a direction is issued to the respondent to pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording opportunity to the petitioner as well as to 3rd parties.
