On the application of the petitioner dated 22.07.2012 seeking change of patta with respect to Survey No.317/1 situated Madavaram Taluk, Thiruvallur District, the Tahsildar, Madavaram has referred the matter to the Special Tahsildar, Town Survey Scheme, Madavaram. As no progress has been made after the said communication dated 05.08.2014, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

2.Though the Special Tahsildar, Town Survey Scheme having office at Palaniappa Nagar, 5th Street, Madavaram, Chennai is not a party to the present Writ Petition, the said authority is directed to pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
