(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) On hearing the learned counsel for parties, it is directed that the Executive Engineer / second respondent will cause an inspection to be made of the site at No.154,Jallatenpet Village, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Old S.No.218, New Survey No.218/2,as per patta 287/5,Plot No.49, Medavakkam, Chennai, within fifteen (15) days of the receipt of this order and in case, unauthorised construction is found carried out by the fourth respondent as alleged, action in accordance with law will be taken, after notice to all concerned and proceedings concluded within a maximum period of two (2) months thereafter.
