ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to investigate the case and file the final report in the Crime No.91 of 2014 which is pending on the file of the second respondent.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that though the second respondent has registered a case in the Crime No.91 of 2014 on 18.02.2014, no final report is filed till date.

3. Mr.A.Gokulakrishnan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the second respondent police may be permitted to file a final report within a period of two months.

4. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

5. In view of the above, the second respondent police is directed to file a final report within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order under due intimation to the defacto complainant.

6. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
