ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the charge sheet in C.C.No.38 of 2022 on the file of learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tirupattur.

2. Today, when the matter taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for 1st respondent would submit that already trial was completed and the case was ended in acquittal. So, the prayer sought by the petitioners to quash the charge sheet as such became infructuous.

3. In view of submission of learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for 1st respondent stating that already trial was completed Page No.2 of 4

and the case ended in acquittal of petitioners and to that effect, the copy of order also produced before this Court, the prayer sought in this petition became infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
