Respondent(s) PRAYER To modify the condition imposed in paragraph 10(c) i.e. (c) It is further directed that A9 should deposit a sum of Rs.3,00,00,000/- to the credit of Cr.No.01/2024 on or before 21.5.24. If it is not so deposited, any one of the intervenor's or all of them are at liberty to file necessary application seeking cancellation of the bail granted to A9. The respondent are also at liberty to file such an application. Thereafter, the learned VIII Addl.Spl.Judge for CBI case (Spl.Court under TNPID Act), FAC, Chennai, may take necessary steps to bring to the properties to auction for sale and care should be taken that no cartel is formed at that time of auction and the properties are auction for less than the market value and to ensure that the market is fixed so that every depositors is repaid with the individual depositors.

ORDER

This Court, vide order dated 04.07.2024 dismissed the modification petition filed by the petitioner, seeking modification of the condition to deposit deposit a sum of Rs.3,00,00,000/- (Rs.Three Crores only) 2.

It is reported that the petitioner herein challenged the said order before the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in SLP(Crl) Nos.8654-8687 of 2024 and the Hon'ble Supreme Court had allowed the petition setting aside the condition imposed by this Court, vide order dated 21.03.2024. 3.

In view of the same, no further orders are required. 4.
