The relief sought for in the present Writ Petition is to forbear the respondents 2 to 4 from opening Uzhavar Sandhai at Thanthondreeswarar Temple land situated in S.No.71/2, Vazhapadi Village, Kamaraj Nagar, Athumedu, Pudupalayam, Vazhapadi, Salem District.

2. With reference to the relief sought for in the present Writ Petition, the learned Government Advocate (HR & CE) appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 and 3 would submit that there is no proposal to open Uzhavar Sandhai in the said Temple property. The Executive Officer has given a written instructions to that effect on 10.08.2021. Therefore, the cause arouse

in the present Writ Petition is misconceived.

3. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs. 07.02.2024 skr Index : Yes To
