KARHIK RAJA, Advocate for the sole Respondent, the court made the following order:- An order of interim stay was granted by this Court on 20.08.2018 condition that a sum of Rs.7,00,000/- be deposited. It is seen that the said order has been complied with. Therefore, the order of interim stay already granted by this Court on 20.08.2018, is made absolute.

2.The learned counsel for the appellant would make an offer to the other side that he is willing to pay the entire advance amount with interest at 7.5% p.a. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent is directed to get instructions in this regard.
