Notice sent to her has been returned with an endorsement "addressee cannot be located". Hence, the learned counsel for the petitioner has filed an application seeking substituted service.

2. Accepting the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered. The petitioner is permitted to make a paper publication in one issue of 'Makkal Kural' having circulation in Salem District for the hearing on 19.08.2024. Publication shall be effected on or before 22.07.2024.
