ORDER

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.10847 of 2020 dated 22.07.2020 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m untill further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent Police on first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

5.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
