O R D E R

The present revision is filed for the limited relief seeking a direction to the XX Additional Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai, to deliver/upload the order dated 09.04.2025 passed in R.L.T.A.No.105 of 2024. 2.Now it appears that the order has been uploaded. Though it is the contention of the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner that the order has been uploaded on 21.05.2025, the same has been disputed by the learned counsel for the 1st respondent that the order has been uploaded on 09.05.2025 itself. Be that as it may, the fact remains that the order has now been uploaded. Though the certified copy of the order is yet to be delivered, the uploaded copy of the order is very much available. The petitioner is permitted to file a revision on or before 16.06.2025. It is made clear that, if the revision is not filed on or before 16.06.2025, the respondents may proceed with eviction proceedings. This order has been passed taking note of the allegation that huge arrears of Rs.8 Crores is said to be pending, though it is disputed by the learned counsel for the respondents.

3.Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
