(Crime No.612 of 2020) Prayer: This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m for a period of two weeks and thereafter on every Monday at 10.30 a.m until further orders in order dated 20.08.2020 in Crl.O.P.No.12749 of 2020 in Crime No.612 of 2020.

ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner to report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m for a period of two weeks and thereafter on every Monday at 10.30 a.m until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.12749 of 2020 dated 20.08.2020.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioners has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seek for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the the conditions.

4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.12749 of 2020 dated 20.08.2020. is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the first working day of every Month until further orders.

With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
