This petition has been filed by the petitioner to transfer the FIR pending in Crime No.264 of 2019 dated 07.11.2019 from the file of the second respondent police to any other police station for investigation.

2. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner's husband met with an accident on 07.11.2019 when he was driving his motor cycle opposite to Melvaruthur Ambedkar Nagar, an Innova Vehicle came down in a rash and negligent manner and hit the petitioner. Therefore, he has sustained grievous injuries and admitted in the hospital, thereafter, he succumbed to injuries. Though the second respondent registered the case in Cr.No.264 of 2019 for the offences under Section 304-A of IPC, even till today, the respondent failed to verify the CCTV footages which are very much available since the accident took place in the main road infront of Melvaruthur Ambedkar Nagar.

3. The learned Government Submits that though investigation was almost completed. However, till today, cannot point of the vehicle which 2/4

was involved in the accident.

4. Considering the above facts and circumstances, the second respondent is directed to verify CCTV footages at toll gate of Melvarathur and found out the vehicle which was involved in the accident, thereafter completed the investigation and filed a final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order. 16.06.2022 Internet: Yes Index: Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order Vv To
