These petitions have been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court and seeks to extend the time to comply with the conditional order dated 17.04.2024.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, these petitions are ordered to the effect that the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand only) to the credit of Crime No.154 of 2024 before the trial Court, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The other conditions imposed by this Court shall remain intact.
