This Petition has been filed to relax the conditions that the respondent police Report Daily 10.30 a.m. Until further order imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.7722 of 2024 dated 28.03.2024.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police monthly once probably on the 1st Sunday of every month for a period of four months, without fail.

4.Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
