The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner made an endorsement, indicating that he is withdrawing the Civil Revision Petition with liberty to take up all the contentions before the trial Court.

In view of the endorsement so made, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, it is made clear that the amendment made to the plaint, by order, dated 06.07.2016, in I.A.No.4397 of 2015, would not affect the case pleaded by the petitioner in his cross-objection, in any manner. No costs. Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
