Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the 2nd respondent impugned order in Na.Ka.K3/ 9554/2010-1 dated 20.9.2011 and quash the same and directing the 2nd respondent to promote the petitioner as a Graduate Teacher and Head Master as per the seniority in the petitioners service with effect from 18.7.2008 and provide all the consequential benefits to the petitioner.

By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

2.The petitioner was promoted as Graduate Teacher vide proceedings of the second respondent dated 09.09.2011 and however, an order of reversion was passed vide proceedings of the second respondent dated 20.09.2011. The petitioner has been repeatedly submitting representation to restore her earlier position and came forward to file this writ petition challenging the order of reversion.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that though the petitioner prayed for a larger relief, it would be suffice to direct the second respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 06.07.2015 on merits and in accordance with law within a stipulated time. 4.This Court also heard the submissions of Mr.V.Subbiah, learned Special Government Pleader who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

5.Though the petitioner prayed for a larger relief, this Court in the light of the above facts and circumstances and without going into the merits of the same, directs the second respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 06.07.2015 on merits and in accordance with law and pass orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner.

6.The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
