This petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in Cr.No.249 of 2017 pending of the file of the Inspector of Police, Pullarapakkam Police station, Tiruvallur District to the third respondent police i.e., the Inspector of Police, CBCID, Tiruvallur District.

2. The ground on which the transfer of investigation is sought for is that there is no effective progress in the investigation.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that investigation has been completed and charge sheet has been filed in PRC No. 19 of 2017 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tiruvallur.

4. Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
