JUDGMENT

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, a memo has been filed which was signed by both the parties stating that the parties 1/3

have compromised the matter by the appellant paying the decree amount to the decree holder/respondent.

Both the parties have appeared before this Court today. The respondent admitted that he has received the entire amount from the appellant and there is no further dispute between them. Recording the same, this appeal is dismissed and the Court fees shall be refunded as per the procedure.

In the result, this first appeal is dismissed as the matter has been settled out of Court. Consequently, the C.M.P. also stands closed. No costs.
