None appears for the petitioner nor is any representation made on his behalf. We have perused the pleadings and documents appended thereto.

It is stated at the Bar by Mr. K. Raja Srinivas, learned counsel appearing for the first respondent that the petitioner, along with two other persons viz., Indrani and Selvi, filed a writ petition being W.P. No. 25929 of 2015 seeking identical relief before a learned Single Judge. The learned Single Judge, having considered all aspects of the matter, dismissed the said writ petition.

The instant petition is filed by the petitioner without disclosing the factum of filing of the earlier writ petition, as aforestated, for the identical relief as well as dismissal of the same. After examining the pleadings as well as the documents, we are satisfied that the relief sought in this writ petition is the same, which was rejected by the learned single Judge. Thus, this writ petition is dismissed as not maintainable. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed. ra.
