These miscellaneous petitions are filed seeking to permit the petitioners herein to bring on record the respondents 2 to 4 herein as respondents 3 to 5 as legal representatives of the deceased 2nd respondent N.Kandhakumar in the above revisions.

2.Heard the learned counsel for petitioners and the learned counsel for first respondent.

3.Upon hearing the submission made by the learned counsel on both sides and on being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petitions, these petitions are ordered as prayed for.
