The prayer in the present petition is to direct the first respondent Police 'To Transfer' the pending investigation in complaint dated 03.10.2017 from the second respondent to CB-CID Police such further or other orders that are deemed fit and proper in the circumstances of this case.

petitioners' complaint has been transferred on 23.11.2017 from the second respondent to the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Villupuram.
