These petitions are filed seeking to grant leave to the petitioners to file Writ Appeals against the common order passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P.No.1522 of 2015 etc., dated 15.12.2020 as third party appellants.

2. The third party appellants are aggrieved by the common order dated 15.12.2020 passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P.No.1522 of 2015 etc., by virtue of which, their seniority and promotion are affected. It is also stated that the said order has been passed, without taking note of the amendment made by the Government, vide G.O.Ms.No.1710, Home (Pol.9) Department dated 23.11.2007. Hence, leave is granted.

3. The learned counsel for the appellants is directed to serve papers on the learned State Government Counsel appearing for the respondents, before the Writ Appeals are listed for admission.
