These petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 465 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of P.K.Kunikrishnan Nambiar, the deceased 2 nd respondent in the second appeal, to set aside the abatement cause and to bring on record the respondent herein has the legal representative of the deceased and rank him as the 3 rd respondent in the second appeal.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent has no objection for these petitions being ordered.

3. Considering the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions and also considering the fact that the learned counsel for the respondent has no objection for these petitions being ordered, these petitions are ordered as prayed.
