Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the impugned charge memo dated 29.04.2022 in Proceedings No.A1/0567/2022 the impugned order of suspension dated 22.06.2022 in Rc.No.A1/0567-I/2022 and the impugned order dated 22.06.2022 in RC.No.A1/0567-II/2022 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents 2 to 5 to treat the period from 22.06.2022 to 30.06.2022 as duty with pay for all purposes; to settle the petitioner all the service and terminal benefits and to provide her re-employment from 01.07.2022 to 31.05.2023 and award costs.
