This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the first respondent to withdraw the case in Crime No.407 of 2019 from the file of the third respondent police and to handover the same to the second respondent or to some other independent investigation agency.

2. Heard Mr.K.Sudhakar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mrs.M.Prabhavathi, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 3.

3. When the petition came up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though this petition has been filed for the change of investigation, it would suffice to direct the second respondent to monitor the investigation conducted by the third respondent.

4. Recording the same, this Court directs the second respondent to monitor the investigation made by the third respondent in crime no.407 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under section 279, 337 & 304(A) of IPC.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
