PRAYER:
Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records comprised in the proceedings of the 1st respondent dated 11.01.2013 bearing No.F.No.Southern/2011/1-757062751/AB and quash the same illegal and unconstitutional and consequently issue a Mandamus by directing 2nd respondent herein to permit the petitioners to undertake the Examinations for the 2nd semester Polytechnic courses offered by the Archana Polytechnic College, Thimmapuram, Krishnagiri District and after completion of the said Examination to declare the results of the 1st and 2nd semester Polytechnic courses for the students who have appeared in the examinations.
For Petitioners: No appearance For Respondents: Mr.A.Kumar, Special Government Pleader for R2 No appearance for R1.

When the matter was called on 18.08.2017, there was no representation for the petitioners. Hence, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today, there is no representation for the petitioners. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
