This petition is filed to condone the delay of 1562 days in representing the Appeal Suit.

The delay is enormous. Therefore, We condone the delay, subject to the condition that the petitioners shall pay a sum of Rs.5,000/- to Cancer Institute (W.I.A.), Chennai, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, and produce a copy of the Receipt before the Registry. On such payment and production of receipt, Registry is directed to process the file to number the appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order.
