O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondent authorities to remove the petitioner's name from the History sheet maintained by the third respondent in H.S.No.253 of 1999 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 20.03.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent- Police and perused the materials available on record.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent- Police submitted that three cases registered as against the petitioner were ended in acquittal. He further submitted that no criminal case is pending as against the petitioner.

4.In view of the above submission, the concerned respondentPolice is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 20.03.2025 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the abovesaid direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
