This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records in connection with Cr. No.295 of 2019 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Kaveripattinam Police Station, Krishnagiri District and quash the same.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, Mr.A.Damodaran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent submitted that the investigation has been completed; the charge sheet has also been filed and it was taken on file in C.C.No.490 of 2022, before the learned Judicial Magistrate I, Krishnagiri.

3. In view of the above submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, nothing survives for further consideration in this Criminal Original Petition and the same is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
