A.Nos.4307 and 4308 of 2024 in O.P.No.113 of 2023 RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN,J., These applications are filed (i) to condone the delay of 488 days in filing in the above O.P.No.113 of 2023 and (ii) to bring on record the 1st and 3rd applicants, as the 3rd to 5th respondent in O.P.No.113 of 2023 as the legal heirs of the deceased Mrs.Meenakshi Chidambaram (the 2nd respondent in O.P.No.113 of 2023) 2.Heard both sides. The factum of the death of the 2nd respondentMeenakshi Chidambaram, in the Original Suit and their legal representatives are not in dispute.

3.Considering the submissions made on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioners, and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions, all these petitions are allowed as prayed for. 4.Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in the cause title, within a period of two weeks.
