When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that as on date there is no allegation made out against the petitioner, however the investigation against this petitioner is pending and if the petitioner was found to be involved in this case, he would be arrayed as one of the accused.

In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and also the fact that if the petitioner was found to be involved in this case, he would be arrayed as accused in future, however as on date, the petitioner was not arrayed as accused.

Recording the same, this criminal original petition is closed.
