This application has been filed to extend the time by two years from September 2022 for complying the condition to sell the schedule 'A' property to the prospective purchaser in the Will dated 16.11.2015 granting of Letters of Administration in O.P.No.529 of 2018 by the order of this Court dated 16.09.2019.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application, the same is allowed and the time is extended as prayed for.
