Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the 1st respondent herein comprised in G.O.(D) No.762 Health and Family Welfare (A1) Department dt.25.06.2007 appointing the 3rd respondent as the Reader of the Spine Surgery Unit, Madras Medical College/ Spine Surgeon, in Government General Hospital, Chennai and quash the same and consequently direct the first respondent herein to appoint the petitioner herein as the Reader of the Spine Surgery, in Madras Medical college/ Spine Surgeon, Government General Hospital, Chennai.
