Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents.

It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that based on the report given by the concerned jurisdictional police, proceedings under Section 107 of the Criminal Procedure Code has been initiated by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Tiruvannamalai against two parties, viz., A party and B party and this petitioner's name finds place in A party.
3. In view of the above submission, the petitioner is directed to appear before the Revenue Divisional Officer, Tiruvannamalai and take part in the proceedings initiated under Section 107 of the Criminal Procedure Code.
