Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the Memorandum of Grounds in Crl.A.No.396/2020 on the file of the High Court, the High Court will be pleased to enlarge me on bail by suspending the sentence imposed upon me in the Spl.SC.No.29 of 2019 on the file of the learned Sessions Judge, Mahaleer Neethi Mandaram Perambalur-Perambalur District, by Judgment dated 22.07.2020 pending disposal of the Crl.A.No.396/2020.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the Memorandum of Grounds in Crl.A.No.396/2020 on the file of the High Court and upon hearing the arguments of NO APPERANCE for the Petitioner and of M/S.M.MADHAN, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- No representation for the petitioner/appellant. This Court is not inclined to suspend the sentence as the case pertains to offence punishable under Section 5(1) r/w 6 of POSCO Act and only inclined to take up the main appeal as early as possible soon after receiving records from the Lower Court. Hence, this Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
