[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Seeking a direction to the respondent to produce the detenue 1) S.Jayashree aged about 9 years and 2) S.Rajini aged about 7 years before this Court and hand over them to the petitioner, the present habeas corpus petition has been filed.

husband and wife. After much counselling, both the parties have agreed to live together along with the children.
3. Recording the same, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
