This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.9478 of 2021 on 20.05.2021 to report before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Namakkal once in 15 days until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Namakkal on further hearing dates.
