Common Prayer:- Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents herein to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 27.05.2021 to the seniority list for the post of BDO and accordingly revise the seniority of the petitioner on par with said M.Shakila was done in the case of identically situated individual R.Ganesan pursuant to the orders of this Court in W.P.No.4488 of 2018 by extending the very same promotion as was extended to the said R.Ganesan as per G.O.Ms.No.297 dated 01.10.2019 and proceedings of the 3rd respondent dated 06.11.2019 and pass such further or other orders as this Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.

COMMON ORDER 1.By consent of both parties, these Writ Petitions are taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. The Government Advocate takes notice on behalf of the respondents. 2.The petitioner has filed the present writ petition seeking for issuance of a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents herein to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 27.05.2021 to the seniority list for the post of BDO and accordingly revise the seniority of the petitioner on par with said M.Shakila was done in the case of identically situated individual R.Ganesan pursuant to the orders of this Court in W.P.No.4488 of 2018 by extending the very same promotion as was extended to the said R.Ganesan as per G.O.Ms.No.297 dated 01.10.2019 and proceedings of the 3rd respondent dated 06.11.2019, within a time frame.
3.This Court heard the submissions of the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.
4.This Court considering the limited prayer sought for in this Writ petition, without going into the merits of the case, the respondents are directed to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 27.05.2021, on merits and in accordance with law, and also in the light of order dated 28.02.2018 made in W.P.No.4488 of 2018, G.O.Ms.No.297 dated 01.10.2019 and the proceedings of the 3rd respondent dated 06.11.2019, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5.With the above directions, these writ petitions are disposed of. No costs.
