2. Mr.T.Surendran, learned counsel appearing for the respondent/husband would submit that he has no objection for transfer of HMOP No.25 of 2021 on the file of the Principal Sub Court, Chengalpattu to the Principal Family Court, Chennai

3. Considering the statement of the learned counsel appearing for the respondent, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. HMOP No.25 of 2021 is withdrawn from the file of the Principal Sub Court, Chengalpattu and transferred to the Principal Family Court, Chennai to be tried and disposed of in accordance with law. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
