This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner Crl.MP.No.3887 of 2020 on 23.04.2020 to appear before the Trial Court once in a week i.e., every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Special Public Prosecutor (CBI) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
