ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

2.This petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to direct the respondents to investigate the case in Crime No.25 of 2015 on the file of the second respondent and to file a final report by altering suitable Sections from 174 of Cr.P.C. to 147, 148, 323, 324, 302 r/w.34 of IPC.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the respondents police to file final report in connection with the case in Crime No.25 of 2015 as early as possible.
