This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner by order dated 09.06.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.13307 of 2022 to make a non refundable deposit of Rs.45,000/- (Rupees Forty Five Thousand Only) to the credit of concerned District Mineral Foundation Trust.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the condition imposed as against the petitioner i.e., " to make a non refundable deposit of Rs.45,000/- (Rupees Forty Five Thousand Only) to the credit of concerned District Mineral Foundation Trust, in Crl.O.P.No.13307 of 2022, order dated 09.06.2022 stands deleted.
