O R D E R

The writ petition has been filed challenging the notification dated 07.03.2019 issued by the 2nd respondent and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to give age relaxation to the petitioner who is having S.S.L.C and I.T.I qualification.

As per the orders of this Court dated 14.06.2019, wherein, an interim direction has been given to the respondents, to accept the application of the petitioner along with other requirements including fee manually and enable him to make his application on or before 17.06.2019 and allow the petitioner to participate in the further selection in pursuant to the subject Notification.

3. In view of the interim direction, the petitioner's application was received and the petitioner also appeared for the examination. The candidate of the Gangman (Trainee) in his Application No.V0412R3600 (CC) has

attended for certificate verification and physical test on 16.12.2015 as per the Court order and in physical test report was also annexed by the authorities and produced before this Court.

4. The authorities produced a copy of the Physical Test Report of the petitioner before this Court and the report reveals that the petitioner's Activity-I (8mins) is passed and the time taken for completion is 4.38 minutes. Activity-II (2mins), in which the petitioner has failed and secured no marks. Activity-III is not applicable due to zero marks in the Activity-II. Hence, the petitioner is not capable enough to get into the post of Gangman and his candidature got rejected.

5. In view of the above report, no further adjudication is required and consequently, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. 30.11.2023 Jeni Index : Yes / No Speaking order : Non-speaking order
