Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the entire amount has been paid by the 1st respondent on 22.09.2012, as per the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.217/2000/01 and hence the prayer in the writ petition has become infructuous. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
