Application praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to extend the time period of the arbitral proceedings for a further period of 6 months in reference to the Arbitral Share purchase Agreement dated 15.10.2014 and the Escrow Agreement dated 27.11.2014.

This Application coming on this day before this Court for hearing, the court made the following order:- All parties agree that the mandate of the Arbitrator that expires on 07.09.2017 be extended by six (6) months. A Memo has been filed by the respondent in this regard. In the light of the same, the mandate of the Arbitrator in terms of Section 29 A (3) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 is extended by six (6) months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
