ORDER

As against the order in the writ petition, the respondent had preferred an appeal in W.A.No.3072 of 2024. By order dated 21.10.2024, the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court had set aside the order passed in W.P.No.7172 of 2022 and partly allowed the appeal. As such no effective orders can be passed in the contempt petition, since the order of the writ Court does not survive.

2. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition is closed. 25.10.2024 Index: Yes/No Internet: Yes/No dsa 2/4
