The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the order passed by the Writ Court in W.P.No.12009 of 2023 dated 08.06.2023 has been complied with, through G.O.(2D).No.167, Education Department dated 05.12.2024.

2. In view of the said submission, the disobedience alleged against the respondents cannot be termed to be willful in nature. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
